Separate entry form for each trial stating class & height group in each trial.

Please include ALL titles.

Obedience: Height category to be clearly marked on entry form for U.D & Open.

Rally: Jump height for A & B Advance & Excellent classes.

Entry Fee: $12-00 per Trial ( Includes D.V Surcharge & Catalogue)

Check Times: Morning (A.M) 8-00 to 8-30 A.M

Afternoon Trial:- No earlier than 1-30 pm or 30 Minutes                                                                    after the completion of the Morning Trial

Catering:  Available

Awards: Trophy & Sash for highest Scoring Dog in Obedience.

Trophy & Sash for all Class Winners.

Sashes for Second & Third Places.

Qualifying & Title Sashes are available.
